By accessing the Site or purchasing products or services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase from us.
1. About Us
Bean and Brew Technologies sells and services commercial espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and related equipment. We sell equipment to customers nationwide. Repair and warranty service are available in New Jersey, southern New York (excluding New York City and Long Island), Connecticut, and Pennsylvania, within a 45-mile radius of Kinnelon, New Jersey.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party's use of the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Site.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Bean and Brew Technologies or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
3. Products and Pricing
We make every effort to display product information, including pricing and availability, accurately. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, shipping, or installation charges unless otherwise stated. Installation is not included in the purchase price of equipment and is billed separately.

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been made in writing, such as through approved financing. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout or provided to you by our sales team. You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

7. Warranty
New and refurbished equipment purchased from Bean and Brew Technologies is covered by our Parts Warranty, available at beanandbrewtech.com/pages/warranty-policy. Our warranty covers defective parts only and does not include labor. Warranty terms, exclusions, and claim procedures are described in full in that policy.
We do not offer free lifetime technical support, free loaner equipment during warranty repairs, or free installation. These services, when needed, are billed at our standard rates.
8. Repair and Service Terms
Service calls, diagnostics, and repairs are billed according to our current service rates, which are provided to you at the time of scheduling or in your service estimate. Travel fees may apply for service locations outside our standard service radius. Estimates are provided when possible, but they are not guaranteed to reflect the final cost if additional parts or labor are required after a technician has diagnosed the equipment.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated in our Parts Warranty, the Site and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bean and Brew Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any products or services purchased from us, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product or service.
